MultiDoc Pro is an offline-first utility. All documents created, scanned, or edited within the app stay strictly on your device's local storage. We do not upload your documents, OCR text, or images to our servers.
OCR: Processing is performed locally on your device using Google ML Kit.

- Camera: To scan physical documents.
- Storage/Photos/Media: To save generated PDFs and import images.
- Nearby Devices / WiFi: Required for the "Broadcast Share" feature (offline p2p file sharing).
3. Data Security, Retention & Deletion
3.1 Local Storage & Retention
Your documents, app settings, and cached data remain on your device until you manually delete them or uninstall the application. We do not maintain off-device backups.
3.2 Account & Diagnostic Data Deletion
When you use features requiring an anonymous account or submit crash diagnostics to Firebase, this data is kept secure. You may request the deletion of any associated remote data by contacting us directly.
